Congrats to Herb Reichert on great articles in Stereophile and also his new Harbeth Super HLSplus speaker system. Just kidding, but look at page 151 in the new Absolute Sound and you'll see what I mean....Mark Korda

Mark-
I enjoy reading Herb's writings. He does a nice job on music review(s) as well.
Hi, Herbs the best! 2 of you guys didn't get it. The ad made it look like Herb R. was the inventor of the speaker. The owner or inventor is shown but when you first glance at the ad you think its Herb. I had a little buzz going, maybe thats why.......Mark Korda
Alan Shaw probably got a kick from it as well.

> 151 in the new Absolute Sound and you'll see what I meanThe quoted text was taken from the third day of Herb's reporting from the
2014 Capital AudioFest (see link below), referring to a system in the Red
Wine Audio room that featured Harbeth Super HL5-plus loudspeakers. Herb
was clearly referring to the sound of the complete system, not just the
speakers.I was never contacted by Harbeth to ask whether they could use this quoted
text. Had they done so, I would have insisted that they correctly attribute
the usage and make it clear that the reference was to the sound of the
system. Too late for that now, I guess.

it clearly has to be the speakers! :-)
I saw that and it had me wondering as well.
