Much as I detested reading the Nov issue of Stereophile on the web, I enjoyed the latest issue of TAS, being able to skip ads without issue (down button and no spinning wheels) and being able to print certain pages without hassle.
The content is good also.

Enjoyed the coverage of the Pioneers of the hobby.

I am more surprised at the price discrepancy between these 2 magazines. Sure there is a reason for it, I guess.

Stereophile one year digital subscription is 9.99 (12 issues), TAS is 10.95 (10 issues.)

I don't care about digital issues, as it is print that I buy. Their last card to me was $36 for a year.

$10.95 for 10 digital issues of TAS, I subscribed when I saw that.Agree that it's much easier to read the TAS pdf download than the Stereophile digital edition.
Less sure about the content, TAS reviews read too much like advertorials to me, although the writers that seem to lay it on the thickest (Jacob Heilbrunn, Karl Schuster) are absent from the Dec issue.
Reading Spencer Holbert's review of the Monitor Audio Silver 10 Loudspeaker just underscores for me how much I prefer Hi-Fi News & Record Review, Hi-Fi News have an excellent comparative review of lower priced speakers in their most recent issue that actually reads like a review. But their digital subscription cost is £32.99.

I have dumped Stereophile digital since there is no pleasure in reading. it. As the editor sad here; it's optimised for PADS.
Regardless of that I find it incredible that they can't get rid of the spinning wheels that would probably not ne allowed in UK on medical grounds.
Who knew?
anti posts expressing view?Um advertising?

Or something.
spinning wheels? In UK, we have warnings on screen about things like these. I am serious and you should not take such matters as criticism of anything.
