Anyone heard the Facemelter interconnects from Dyson Audio in Atlanta? I stumbled across a listing for them today but can't find much about them except on the Dyson web site.

I bought a couple pair of an earlier version with the same name, about 3 years ago. The ones I got sounded very transparent, and definitely the equal (or better) of anything else I've tried in the price range. Mine had nickel-plated connectors, and the cables were clad in colorful, tough nylon jackets (the one-meter pair is yellow, the half-meter pair is one red, one white). The only quibble I have with mine is the RCA connectors don't make very strong contact - they're a bit loose - which has caused dropouts on occasion before I wiggle them back into place. But it looks from the website like the design, and the RCA plugs, have changed since then so I don't think it'd be an issue. Definitely worth a try at the price.
Bought a pair around a year ago.
Very nice Litz-braid Copper/Teflon IC's.....but.....I did NOT care for the quality of the generic RCA connectors used?
Eventually, I replaced them with inexpensive USA-made Swichcraft 3502A RCA connectors, which have been used for decades in radio stations and recording studios.
