No. It's wire not solder. Chimera's solder is said to be 1.5% copper then lead and tin. And it's solder.

OK I'll give you another link to copper solder like the second link. But now you've clarified and said you don't want copper solder which is over 90% copper and requires a torch and 1460F to use. I see you have finally clarified and you want tin solder with a very small amount of copper EXACTLY like the first link to the Cardas solder I provided. What was wrong with that? Please see this link too to copper solder that is 93% copper 7% phosphorus.
I feel like you penalized me for trying to help you. All your replies were/are wrong. None of mine were. I am an idiot for not knowing better about you by now.
Well Awe-d. This is an audio web site. Do you think that I was asking for 1400 degree solder on the cable forum? I'm the bad guy once again. Please feel free not to try to help me. No problem. Tweaker
These things chappen when you don't say what you mean and will do on your request.

Yeah Awe-d, Chit Chappens
It is or was somewhat confusing what your ebay recommended product was but if it is weld wire and mostly copper it takes a way to high temp. to be working on electronics. I can ruin thing perfectly well with a normal solder iron. What's "wrong" with the Cardas is that it has silver in it, which I don't want and which the Chimera solder doesn't have. Tweaker
