In Reply to: RE: DH Labs Q10 Signature speaker cable.... a good choice for above 'bang for the buck'? posted by mbnx01 on April 04, 2015 at 14:19:40
Silver plated copper conductors for audio (and power cord) cabling can be problematic from an audiophile POV. While not the upper-line DH Labs Q10, I recently replaced a short-length pair of DH Labs T-14 speaker cable placed between an audio distribution amplifier and a speaker selector with Cardas Crosslink 1S speaker cable, and was surprised how much better the Crosslink 1S sounded. You can build a DIY version, or a factory terminated product for well under your stated price point.

Please explain this arbitrary comment.
There is nothing arbitrary about the comment. The topic has been discussed hundreds of times over the years in Audio Asylum. Here's one brief post going back to 2002 by John Curl.

Are you for real?
You claim you post is not arbitrary and back it up with a 13 year old post that is just an arbitrary opinion. I know full well who John Curl is.
There is nothing what so ever here that proves anything is problematic.
And if it is, well you had better ask all Nordost, Audioquest, and countless other cable company customers to ask for refunds.
