I want to thank everyone for their recommendations. So many choices. I know it was foolish of me, but I was hoping that everyone would suggest the same 1 or 2 different cables. But what fun would that be?
Keep the suggestions coming!

Deciding what's best by forum consensus is not a common event in Cable Asylum. The term *everyone* you selected in your original post is keyword. Posts here tend to be as independent-minded as posts in other AA forums. Further discussion in this forum tends to be beneficial. What cable performance improvements might you seek based on your experience/evaluation of your current cables?
Cheers,
Duster, I completely understand and agree.
Currently I only have the unmodified Khorns and 300B amp at my house. The Grounded Grid is being rebuilt in a nicer case. I have listened to the speakers in my system, which consists of a Ars-Sonum Fila J amp, Wavelength Cosecant HS and Cardas Clear Light cables. Since this is not representative of his proposed system, room or finished speakers, I am hesitant to use any information gained.
I am planning on delivering the Khorns to my brothers in another state in the couple of weeks. As I complete or acquire the other items I will ship them to him. So that's the problem - I will be building the system w/o listening to it. Not smart, but because of the size of the Khorns I've got to move them when I have the opportunity.
Personally, I tire quickly listening to the unmodified Klipsch and a headache sometimes sets in. But they are what he wanted. Having said all this, I think the Khorns would benefit from a smooth, full-body sounding cable. One that doesn't emphasize the upper frequencies.
At a cost just above your stated price point, the Cardas 300B Microtwin is a forgiving interconnect cable that matches your description. If a slightly loose bottom end won't be emphasized by the Klipschorn folded bass horn, it might provide fine synergy if not a euphonic sweetening effect if your brother's audio interests are more those of a music lover than an audiophile purist. YMMV
Cables and power cords are great fun Jeff. I have been listening for at least the last 10 years and never grow tired.
