You might consider the Cardas GRCM-6 if it's narrow enough to fit, and the cable OD is no larger than 6mm in diameter.

Thank you. This actually might work. BTW, one of the machines is a Revox A77 and I am currently using Kimber Silver streak with the rather slim WBT barrels, and I STILL have to remove them to make a connection.
If you don't find it detrimentally affects sonic performance to your ear, and don't mind the way it looks, you can wrap a few layers of PTFE Teflon plumbers tape around the connector body instead of using the barrel. There's a thicker more stealth looking charcoal color version of the usually very thin white PTFE Teflon plumbers tape if that's more satisfactory.
That was exactly one of the approaches I was thinking about. I have experimented with this in the past, did not notice any detrimental sonic effects. Thanks again.
