Bought a pair of 1 meter Neotech I/c at Sonic craft read bad things about silver plated copper, well to late will put them in my system between amp and pre and hope for the best. Did not get them yet. Any positive things to say about silver plated copper if any. My system is already very. Detailed using copper.

You are the ultimate audiophile.
You "read bad things" about SPC and now you are mind fucked before you even plugged them into your system. Gotta love it. We can the intervention team at your request. :)

...well, it could be worse...!!! Good luck with the cables.

You won't really know until you try them in your system. You might like them alot :)Just like solid silver, they can be bit, edgy, whitish, and a little unmusical but if they are a good design then they can have exceptional resolution and be very musical and be better than solid copper and even solid silver :)

Many use the term "very detailed" to describe a system that can sound edgy or possibly too bright. This is typically a component issue and IMO you shouldn't try to fix component issues with cords.
If the above hits close to home, maybe you can try Harmonic Technology copper truth links. All the detail without glare.
Wait until they come and don't make hasty conclusions...
My copper/silver plated Indeed I/C cables work great (depending on the amplifier, of course).
All my interconnect and speakers cables are silver over copper ... cables I've been using for years with no plan to change.
I only put on 20 hours on these but they sound bad. This is with using them on my cassette deck, with an all tube set up. They will be gone soon...
You can never tell what a particular cable will sound like until you try them in your system. I use the Neotech nei4002 silver plated twin here and they sound great, watch, they have arrows on them. I also have the nei3005 coax and sound almost the same. But I'm only using them on a step-up. There are way too many cable materials and geometries to recommend anything. They have to be used and tried in your system and settle in a bit.
I had some Oyaide Pa02 it was terrible and I sold immediately.
IMO you cannot generalize about this subject because there are always exceptions. DH Labs and Skywire both make well regarded ic's (and speaker cables) and they use silver plated copper...exclusively.
The only solution is to listen and decide if they sound good in your system.
Go ahead and try in your system for at least 200 hrs.
Hi i am not an expert but i read in some info from Audioquest that is important the thickness of this silver plating and i would add the quality of the process also
Not all silver platings could be equal
" two silver-plated solid copper conductors for superior sound quality (silver layer is 1.25% of total conductor) "
Good luck !
and please report your impressions of course
in any case
Thanks a lot.
Kind regards,
bg
I have not had good luck with it in I.C.s. but I have only sampled a small number of offerings. Let us know what you think of them when they arrive and have some play time on them.
Bright and edgy, IMO. Nothing like pure silver or copper.
You won't really know until you try them in your system. You might like them alot
