No worries. Unterminated cryo'd cables and connectors are commonplace. Solder joints will have no detrimental effect on the cryo treatment, and there is no profound sonic benefits of cryo treating a solder joint vs otherwise.

Sorry to put you through this, but metallurgy can be a rather complex issue and difficult to sum up in a few words, not to mention that different metals have vastly different characteristics.
