You should be skeptical. I sold Nakamichi through the 80's and still own several of their high end decks. I am a fan. They did not make cables. It is very likely that someone is trying to cheat you (or were cheated themselves).

Follow Ups:
Nakamichi connectors sold on eBay are fakes of products that never existed. Nakamichi seems to be the most used fake branding of audio connectors on eBay. The particular rca connectors are exactly the same as a set of inexpensive rca connectors with Soundstream printed on the barrel which I happen to use with a Nakamichi cassette deck. The cable is the original VH Audio Pulsar mini-coaxial interconnect cable, and the cable with the fake Soundstream connectors sound fine for that undemanding application. Other than a heavy brass barrel, it's a very ordinary rca connector, nothing special.
Thanks folks. These are not from eBay but, evidently, it doesn't make a lot of difference. I don't need the cables, I was just curious to see how they performed with a Nak deck. Of course, if they're fakes, that curiosity quickly dissipates. I have plenty of other RCA interconnects!
I also sold Nak decks and don't remember any special cables. Years later, at a different store, sold the 2nd Nakamichi companie's car CD players. They were decent.
Now I see Nakamichi head/earphones at Kmart! Bought a pair of the iems and they sound bad. Worse than $15 Skullcandy iems. Can't believe these are related to any of the previous Nakamichi companies. Such a shame. Also saw a Nak soundbar/subwoofer package in our Sears Grand. $4-500 range. No idea about these.
Thanks
