Do you plan to terminate the cables with connectors or a bare wire connection? How are your single run 4TC cables connected at this time?

I did it, Duster !
Now it's night here in Italy and I can't rise up the volume as I live in a block, but tomorrow I will know :-)
My 4TC were terminated with forks at bot ends.
Now I connect them wiyth the same forks to the amp outs and with bare wire and a set of bananas I had to the speakers.
More comments to come...
Excellent!
BTW, listening to newly-inserted cables at low volume levels is an important evaluation aspect. Folks tend to jack-up the volume when they hope to be fully impressed with a new upgrade ;-)
You might consider upgrading the connectors if they are none too special, with a perhaps better sounding/functioning product.
just a thought

you're right, I'm not a "> 110db guy" if it's not required by music itself, but last night it was more a "check that it all works" than listening, though, even so, I had the impression of a more coherent sound at low volume levels (that may be a concern with 804s) and an increased "ease", fluidity in sound emission.
but I thought to myself I was convincing myself because I wanted to hear improvements... :-)

yes, that's something I'll take into consideration.
thanks !
