Did you charge the order to your credit card? If so, contact them immediately and dispute the charges. If he swindled you out of this much money that's a felony. Report the crime to the Florida Attorney General's office, they will follow up. Additionally, his company is supposedly incorporated so you can file a complaint with the State Corporation Commission of Florida, too. I'd try to get his home address and then send certified letters demanding your money.
