See link below and look under the "AC Power" section to find the "Unshielded Twisted Pair" and "Ground wire" products (VH Audio recommends the 12 AWG ground wire for a DIY Flavor 2). Techflex Clean Cut sleeving to finish the DIY power cord can also be found on the web site (as well as the Oyaide AC connectors):
