Thanks for you input, (no pun intended) the "T" I was referring to was the transformer schematic on p.9, shows 135v across 6-7.

On page 9 the transformer is unloaded. With a load voltage drops.
There is no recheck of those terminals on the final pages, I would guess if it were good earlier you are Ok later?
