You/I are not moved in officially until there is a working system. In my last house I set the system up to play as the movers were unloading. I had it cranked and one of them wanted to hear the Hotel California off of Hell Freezes Over several times. It was a big room that connected to the whole house.
Remember, YOU are the only one who needs to be happy with the sound of your system
