One correction: the "Power Tank" 220 uF cap is a Black Gate WK, not a Mundorf. I might also mention that the 220 uF stock cap that goes to terminals 14 and 15, closest to the "Power Tank" (which itself goes to Terminals 11 and 12), has been replaced by a JJ 200 uF cap. Probably overkill, but I had the JJ on hand and nowhere else to use it. Should I also mention that I have a Hammond 155J choke going to Terminals 12 and 15? More than anyone wanted to know, probably, but there it all is.
I'm not sure you need a 4th filter cap, but if it works better for you, go ahead. You could put also put the 3rd filter cap on the chassis. I built mine with psu in stock location, except I didn't use the stock plug, I installed 2 chokes in the top(one where the stock power module would be, other next to it), and I bypassed the last psu cap with a small Auricap I had, which made a nice difference. Since I c4s in from start, I connected 11/12 directly to that board and didn't use the shielded cable up and back for B+. Noise is inaudible.
