Normally the recommended approach is to get a step-down transformer, 240v in and 120v out. They are widely available in most places, and provide a bit of line-noise isolation as well as the correct voltage. It is often possible to power an entire system from one such transformer, if you have many 120-v devices. Bottlehead does have a special 240v version of the Foreplay III / SEX amp transformer made, but the production run is small so it's not cheap, and the shipping is not cheap either - that's why locally-produced step down transformers are more practical.
