It only requires a different power transformer. This isn't a super fun change to do, so it's best to order a 240v kit or have a 240v preamp built b Bottlehead.

  One other question, could a 110V transformer from a Foreplay swap into a SEX and vice verso, or are they different.

    They are the same transformer, and the difficulty of actually replacing them in both kits is about equal.
