Has anyone found a good tinker replacement for the output transformer for the paramour? I am having trouble finding an output transformer with a 4k primary. I have found a couple but they are designed for guitar amplifiers and have a limited frequency response. Any suggestions?Thanks

and see if he has any TFA 2004 Jrs left. I seem to remember a post on his forum a while back stating that he had a few remaining. I have a pair of M4 TFA 2004 Jrs in my Paramours. They are sweet sounding. There are other Paramour owners that have gone this route too. Don't let the 3K primary worry you. Do a search here to find out more. You'll also need to upgrade the plate chokes. MagneQuest BCP15s are the trick, and you can get those here from Doc. You'll want to upgrade the coupling cap too.
