It should be:
Lower 120 to upper 0 - that connect the two winding.
Use lower 0 and upper 120 as the input of 240V.This is how it configured in my SHINRI and DAC5.

In a meantime I asked Peter Q, he suggested lower 110 to upper 0 and upper 120 to L; I did so, at the moment everything seems to be ok :)
