for my Fi @a3 amp based system, I have 2 main doubts-
Are they efficient enough for 2A3 SET? roomsize is 12' x 15' x 12' (h) but one side open to the dining
and in a lesser note -I am curious about JA's comment on the AN/Es review in the rag about lean midrange and cupped hands coloration- whatever that means.
In that size room, you can get around 90 dB peaks with good dynamics with a 2A3 amp.I've owned the Kit 3s with Fi monos.
JA's comments are nonsense IMO. How would a non-horn speaker have any significant 'cupped-hands coloration'?
