DAC Kit 2.1 and Kit 1.1

I was planning to get the DAC Kit 2.1. After finding out the price of Kit 2.1 is almost double of the Kit 1.1, I think I go for the Kit 1.1.
Is DAC kit 2.1 a lot better than the Kit 1.1?

The DAC1.1 is a fantastic DAC for the price using AudioNotes 1X oversampling - If you start with a DAC1.1 kit you can build it , enjoy the sound and then down the road purchase the DAC2.1 upgrade kit - you will be able to use a number of parts from your current DAC1.1 such as the Mains transformer and power supply board, digital board and even your analog board or switch to the 6922 analog stage in the DAC2.1 - We will offer the DAC2.1 upgrade in a couple of months once we get rolling with the initial DAC2.1 sales!
