They are foil type capacitors. They look like Jensens but the brand is different - I can't remember what they say on them. There are no electrolytic caps in them. In my Kit 02 the wiring is all AN's top copper speaker cable, the Lexus LX (or XL, one of those).I can tell you that the speakers are just awesome. There's nothing about them that I don't like.
You can see a photo of the crossover here:

I've seen that picture - are you sure those aren't electrolytics? They sure look like it to me, and they seem small for foil caps.

Hmmm...you've got me doubting my memory! I had very close up photos of the caps, but I can't find them.Whatever they are, it's a high quality piece of gear - like I said, they're really, really good speakers. These crossovers are the exact same that you'll find in the $4400 AN/E finished speakers.

Not that there's anything wrong with putting lytics in a xover - plenty of great speakers have done it. And some people say electrolytics are 'faster.' But I have to admit, part of me has the DIYer suspicion of budget parts in audio gear, even if it's supposed to sound better. Still very interested in the AN/E's, however. Can't remember where I read it, but I'm pretty sure I heard that AN used BG AC in the oxvers of their more expensive speakers, 'tuned' with foil caps...

My AN/J's have ordinary elecrolytics. No exotic caps there. They sound very nice though. Think they are called al-caps.
