I bought a demo Rogue Cronus Magnum six years ago. I have shipped it to them twice. First time was to have them change the faceplate from silver to black and give it a checkup. Second time was to disconnect the on board phono amp since I was using a separate phono amp and wanted the extra input.The amp was packed perfectly both times and arrived without problems. It has performed flawlessly and sounds incredible. Built like a tank.
I have talked to Mark and Nick several times and they have always been very helpful and generous with their time. I give Rogue an A+ for their products and customer service.
I would see if you can get some help to ship it back to Rogue. I'm sure they will do everything within reason to help you.

I have been in this hobby for 40 years and I would put Rogue's customer service right up there with the best of them. They spent time with me on the phone, gave me advice on how to personally upgrade and maintain a used pair of m120's and when service was needed they turned around my amp in 10days, including shipping.
