Are these in the output section? If so, the voltage should be at least 200V and the capacity as large as you can find such that will fit and won't stress the power rectifiers with the current inrush.

Here is a pic,,,it is the cap on the left. And the vacant one to the right. Thanks in advance
In a LAP150 (circa 2004 - same PS board from what I can tell) I have here that and the (vacant) cap next to it are 180uF 400V parts. In older Joule gear (like a OPS-1 phono preamp I have here now which is a bit older) those caps are 47uf 400V. What value is on the remaining cap in the preamp?

The brown cap is a 47uf 500 volt,,thanks for your help,,Rich,, at this point,,I should just send it to you before I mess anything else up!
B+ voltage is around 280V IIRC, so a 400 or 500 V part will be fine. Since both parts do not visually match, I wonder if the power supply has been worked on before. I would stick with the 47uf value. I'll have a LA100mkIII here late this week or early next...probably similar vintage to your 100. Can check what it has in it just be sure.

Back in the day, I compared some Classe preamp to an ARC LS3 to a Joule Electra LA-100 (or, could have been a 150) - talking probably 1992.
LOVED the build on the Classe, and think they still had a Lifetime warranty to the original owner. Just COULDN'T love the sound.
LOVED the Joule, but it was JUST outside my budget.
Yeah - I had some love for the ARC too. It was nicely built, sounded great in my system, and JUST within my budget.
Went with the ARC & was very happy with it for many years - but still had great respect for the Joule!
