This amp looks like the Swiss Army knife of integrateds and would work nicely for me. Anyone with experience with this piece?
The 2 videos on the link made me a believer.

I've been a big fan of Parasound since the day Arnie Nudell advised me to purchase an HCA-2200ii versus anything else in the price range to power a pair of Genesis 400s. WILL say that an Innersound ESL-300 was even better, but the Parasound was a great workhorse, and served me well until I moved to the Innersound and a pair of Soundlabs.
Not to change the subject but why do they put DAC's in integrated amps. Most people into audio have their own separate Dac's so this would be redundant....
The Parasound integrated has to be one of the best audio values out there, if not the best.
I heard it at Axpona, audio show, this year, KEF was using it to drive their speakers, including the large Blade 2. I actually spoke to Richard Schram while there, he told me the preamp section is basically the P5 and the DAC is better than one of his stand alone units, I forget the model, but combine that with a power section that can drive the Blade 2 to high level with no strain....... I'd call that a bargain.
The sound was good but honestly in that setting I can't say I was able to listen critically and the integrated was the only amp used.
No dog in this fight, though in general I think Parasound makes high-value products, and both Sam Tellig and I had good things to say about their R2R CD player/transport.
IOW, it's a company I trust and I would recommend that piece to a friend on faith--as long as there was a monkey-back guarantee.
