Get a Behringer DEQ 2496 digital equalizer. Use it between your disc spinner (if you still have one) and your DAC. Only digital in/digital out. I would also recommend putting a Monarchy Audio DIP after it for jitter control. This will give you a transparent way to correct frequency response errors in your system or from recording to recording if you really want. It is transparent when used digital only.
