I have a Fosgate FAP T1 preamp processor. It recently stopped working so I removed the top cover and noticed that there are 5 small fuses in a row. The 1 amp 250 volt fuse in position F6 was blown. I replaced the fuse. Plugged in the power cord, pushed the rear power button and again the fuse in position F6 was blown. I wanted to ask if anyone has an idea as to what the problem may be? I contacted Fosgate in Arizona a few years ago but they don't do repairs anymore. I live in Maryland and wanted to ask any recommendations on where to send the FAP T1 for repairs. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Try Contacting Fosgate and ask for a schematic, and/or service manual- so you can repair the unit - or find some on who can-
My guess- a bad cap or diode...
Happy Listening
Thanks!
