Recently bought a Musical Fidelity preamp off of Audiogon. Very nice condition.
When I turn it on it makes a pop sound through the speakers. I've already decided to leave it on 24/7, just like my amps, so it won't be making the popping sound again.
Anything I should worry about?

This is most likely completely normal. It's a good practice to power your preamp, then your power amp in that order. On shutdown, power down your amp first, then the rest of your gear.
I'd read through the manual thoroughly and see if there is any mention of this condition. If no mention of it I'd contact Musical Fidelity service and ask them. It's possible that it's designed that way. Easy fix is first on, last off. I've got a Grace Design M920 that will do that and it says right in the manual to power up, power down that way or popping will occur. But I'd definitely verify whether that's normal or not.
After a re-read of the OP - that appears to be a problem when you just leave your amp on. Improper ON/OFF sequence WILL cause that popping sound in MOST systems.
My Rogue says the same.
Hey jimball, let us know. I got money one this !

No big deal ! The preamp should be turned on first and shut off last. Since you have your amp on all the time then you should keep the preamp on also.

If only on turn on, probably a power supply cap.
That was my exact suspicion upon reading the OP. If me, I'd get it looked into. Bad PS cap can do untold damage downstream ... ask me how I know.
I can tell you. Just smell my burnt amp and blown out speakers. Happened around 2007.
I would have it checked. Or try turning the preamp on first then the amp. See if it still pops. If there are ANY noises - hum, issues - service it!
Well since you asked - if your preamp starts making pooping sounds you should worry about them.
...keep a towel under it for the pooping sounds :-)
