If you're still looking for a tube amp..... I can't really tell because of all the solid-state amp responses......
I've been extremely pleased with my Rogue Cronus Magnum integrated with KT120 output tubes. It easily drives my Thiel CS2.4 speakers. The Atlas Magnum is basically the same amp without the preamp section.
The Magnum version is what you want:
"For the Atlas, the Magnum upgrade includes larger and better power supplies, polypropylene bypass capacitors, Dale-Vishay resistors in critical spots, better binding posts, gold tube sockets, and superior small-signal tubes. The Magnum upgrade also includes more robust output tubes exclusively run in Ultralinear mode. You can choose between the KT90 and KT120 output tubes."
These go for $1995 new and I've seen them in the $1200 - $1400 range used. If buying used, make sure it isn't a much older one with smaller power tube cut-outs in the top cover as these will not fit the larger KT120 tubes.

Follow Ups:
I have been keeping an eye on Rogue, particularly the Atlas Magnum.
Of course, I'm a little jaded with used tube gear, especially after my rocky relationship with the ARC D76A (I know, it's a 30+ year old amp that runs its power tubes pretty hard and hot), and I doubt D-wife (herself, a lover of tube audio and analog) will allow the budget to stretch that far up...
I concur with "Brew"; nice shot of yours!

You always post the nicest photos. Your gear always looks sharp. But here it appears that one of your 12AU7's may be a little big crooked though : )
You're right! Good eye. I notice it now but the amp is actually down in the basement at the moment. The current setup has the ARC VSi-60 integrated but I still feel very strongly that the Rogue is one of THE best bang for the buck values going.
I'll double check for leaning tubes before I snap my next pic. ;-)
