The preamp's output Z (parallel) will be cut in half while the Miller C will x2.

The preamp's output impedance is what it is but the load impedance will be Z1*Z2/(Z1+ Z2) . I don't know what you mean by the Miller C.
Miller Capacitance.
The pre's output impedance needs to be considered as well for this purpose.
