Amen on the Musical Fidelity. "Bad joke" is the kindest think I could say about it.
It is important to post all experiences w/ these companies (good & bad) for the rest of us.
I'm not necessarily knocking Music Hall's products. Read my post and understand it, please. What I'm saying is if you run into problems with their gear you will probably be disappointed with the level of customer service that you might experience. The company doesn't seem to stock a decent quantity of repair parts here in the US, so they have to order them from overseas and in two examples that I'm familiar with they took an awfully long time to get here once they were ordered. You might be ignored if you e-mail Music Hall with a question about one of their products, and if Roy Hall deems you worthy of an answer don't expect to be treated with courtesy or kindness. Roy appears to be his own worst enemy, and since it's his company you'd best be ready to accept that. That's all I'm sayin'.
