Are you plugging both components into the same input? That would certainly cause your problem.

Sorry im not fully understand! Every source i have is connected to one inputs in preamp/processor. Can't plug two units in one input in preamp/processor.

My Pass Labs X1 Control Preamplifier has both balanced and unbalanced inputs. The two balanced inputs can also be used as unbalanced because they have both RCA connectors and XLR connectors, but you are supposed to use one or the other. Based on the problem you describe, I was wondering if you might have mistakenly plugged both components into the same input with one component using XLR connector and the other using RCA connectors. That would cause an asymmetrical load and probably result in the audible problems you are experiencing. It was just a thought. Sorry!
