I don't think you have much to complain about.
You can simply not expect the manufacturer to pay for shipping and labour for a cheap(ish) amp that is long past its normal service life and well over a decade out of warranty. If they were to do that either QSC would shortly cease to exist or your $1000 amp would have set you back $2-3k in '99.
Follow Ups:
The difference here is that they consistently have stood by their product and have paid for 100% of the repairs. Then, they just decided one day to stop doing that. Doesn't seem fair.
You bought the amp, you used it. It broke several times out of warranty. Each and every time company repaired it for free and each and every time paid shipping. After 15 years they refused to do so. You complain.
Why does this remind me of a self centered relative of mine who for decades received lot of monetary and other help from me, my wife, parents, relatives and who got angry when one day we refused to give him the money so that he can squander it?
