Probably your your cables are acting like antenna's for that one station... Maybe your IC's touching each other? or if they touch your ac cables? or your speaker cables touch your ac cables? or...while your hear radio Cancun loud and clear, slowly go thru your setup, moving cables around here and there, and see if their touching each other, or other cables/carpets/metal rack... is where the RFI becomes apparent. Sometimes it can leach in from the most weird places. But my guess is unshielded or not very well shielded cables... or like Raplh said, a loose ground, or loose RCA's... Maybe switch the sub in/out see if it is in that cable loop ...
We have all battled ground loops, and some of us have had to take on HAMM radio guys and their "yeah, that's right" call signs... Or Christian Rock stations...

DUDES! All of the messages really helped! I kinda fiddled with the cords, laid the speaker cables on the ground and separated the power cables in a cabinet above and thus far it seems like there's no static, just a light hum! THANKS!
-its also a symptom of a bad ground, which can make the unit prone to RFI issues.
