I have what I think are Welborne Labs Laurel monoblocks that I got in a package deal. I have (2)Sophia 300B's, (2) Mullard GZ34's, (2)Jan-Chs6SL7GT Sylvanias, (2) Sylvania 6AC7 (3) Hewlitt Packard 6AC7.
I'm not sure where these tubes go as I have no schematic.
Any help would be appreciated. I did try google and didn't come up with anything.
I got the amps fired up yesterday and ran them all day and sat down to listen last night and they really sound great. Not slow and soggy at all, but very detailed without the least bit of harshness.
The word that came to mind when I was listening was "atmospheric". I could really hear the space of the recording.
I like it better than the 300B amp I'm using now and it's not even broken in yet.
What are others impressions?
Should have Mullard GZ37 rectifiers. That's what came with mine.
Regards,
Geoff
It came with Mullard GZ34 rectifiers. I have some Mullard GZ33's that are in my LadyDays that I could use.
So as I look at the photo below, from left to right, tube #1 would be the 300B, tube #2 would be the 6SL7, tube #3 would be the 6AC7, and the last tube on the right is the rectifier tube, either GZ33, or GZ34?
Also, is there a way to bias the tubes?
No manual bias adjustments. You have the order correct.

Geoff
