A mess of LL1671AM/PP, LL1660SAM/PP, and LL1660AM/PP came in today from the factory. Most of them are committed to fill pre-orders, but there are a few extras. Remember that they are on sale until April 30th!

Kevin,
How the parameters will change in comparison to SS core?
As with OPT, when the power was decreased by half, I would expect lowet max voltage swing. Can you confirm it?

Hey Kevin, if you get a minute can you update the Prices Page to include the AM versions of the ITs? Thanks.
I will at the end of the month. Right now, as noted at the top of the home page, they are on special pricing.

Joe Rosovitz and I put a pair of LL1660SAM/PPs into his PP parallel 6550 amplifiers yesterday and already the similarity to the improvements wrought by the amorphous core outputs is obvious. This is clearly an additive improvement. The music is yet again less electronic and more continuous sounding. Instruments have a more sharply defined character spatially as well as tonally. The "soundstage" is larger and individual contributions to it are more clearly defined within it. Overall, the presentation is "brighter" in the nonpejorative sense of the term. Classical music now sounds more like the live performances that I attend, that is, loud and brassy is loud and brassy, with less darkening and distortion as the music gets louder. The "bright" character is not fatiguing, but sounds more "right". The real telling result is that the amorphous core IT brings goosebumps to the listening experience on far more recordings than my system did without them.
More impressions will follow after these are thoroughly broken in.
