This is only the DC resistance. The AC impedance is the important parameter with regard to the load on the passive output stage of the RAKK dac. You simply need to adjust the value of R1 and R2 on the passive output board to get the level of output you need. The ATVC simply transforms that voltage according to the setting and won't play much a of role in the load unless your power amp input impedance is very low.

Follow Ups:
The autotransformer arrived, plugged in to replace diy 6j5 output transformer pre amp and it sounds amazing, much more transprency and image extanding beyond the speakers.The RAKK output voltage is still high enough to drive my power amp to distortion.
The system now is:
RAKK DAC with passive output
-> Tribute Autotransformer VC
-> 3A/167M-IT-245
