I've been contemplating the K&K phono kit for a while, particularly when my significant half told me that she never had listened to LP before. That should have the WAF threshold lowered substantially. B^)

I had lurked around the K&K phono kit and PS schematics a good number of times. It's very interesting for the choke as L1 in the PS schematic. Is that supposedly a common mode filter choke? I may assume that's a Lundhal. If yes, then what models would be appropriate for a connection like that?
