I'm not giving up my speakers. They're a just built pair of Proac 2.5 clones. If I'd done this the other way, or took SET into account as a possibility, I'd have considered something else.Its sounding like the Ella would be the way to go.

Yes, on the original 2.5 I also would not recommend anything lower powered. In fact, I'd say monoblocking a pair of Ellas might be called for.
