I wish to start an audio club in or near Delaware

My most prodigious audio interests are DIY with tubes but do not worry about this because I have no hatered for solid state circuits (I use many of them in my system.) I am open to starting a club or joining one in or near Delaware and having meetings. The structure of organization would be entirely informal and the only limitations would be that I can only attend smoke free meetings (I suspect that most people would also have this need as does audio equipment.) If permitted I will also supply my telephone number,
