Schu ... you would be stunned at how good this system sounds .... absolutely no imaging or sound stage issues .. players and instruments hang in their own idividual space, speakers completely dissapear and image to the outsides.
It does this all with out any Vinyl, Tubes or Pre amp
What you don't see is the dual Revel SUB 15's subwoofers off to the other side of the room, that completely evaporate ... no telegraphing, no mud, and very quick. You just have to know how to seam a sub correctly
As a matter of fact I use the H/Depot SC/S/Core wire to feed both subs ... I'm to Republican with my money to spend any more for the SUBS (;-}
I sit 9 feet off the NHT's (which are spread to 7 feet on centers)which loaf at 92 db's all day long in the sweet spot and peaks of 95 to 97 db on my Radio Shack SPL meter C wt./slow setting. Maybe the R/S meter is broke
I'm currently using the Speltz Anti Cable speaker wires and am expecting deliver any moment of a 10 foot pair of Ridge Street Audio P!!!
Robert shipped last Friday
Bill if the NE in your profile means New England and you are near me ... I'll offer you the same mini corn dogs and beer I offered Bob... would love to have you stop by.
Bob contacted me and has relocated to Atlanta and had to pass on the offer, but I am sending him a set of wires to try.
ATB Dave
PS have any questions on vibration control I can answer ... I am also fluent in power condition. Can you say Bi-directional filtering
