It's nice to know equipment like this, and creative souls like Lloyd Walker, are out there. Now I have to re-adjust my perspective.I was particularly taken up with your description of the compression/congestion experienced when listening to large orchestral works. I have wondered how far up the food chain one has to go before this gets weeded out. Pretty high, it seems.
