The majority seem to feel they are to close to the windowed wall.

The distance from that wall to the speaker is about 6 feet. The hireplace wall itself is about 23 feet wide. The speaker face is out about 3 feet from that wall. The equipment cabinet is totaly open no reflection issues. Of course the TV with its glass screen is very reflective.

I am using Audessy equalization and from the lounge chair the sound is very clean and free from obvious peaks.
