GMAFB. If you condone marital infidelity that's fine. So if I follow your line of "reasoning", then it's OK for doctors to steal drugs because they're around them all the time, facing greater temptation than the average person. Or, it's OK for bank tellers to steal money because they deal with it every day and their temptation is also greater than other people.
As for bringing family members into the discussion, it was a hypothetical example. Don't be so obtuse for the sake of making your lame argument.
