For what it's worth, Schoep's is one of my favorite brands of ice cream, along with Gilles frozen custard that they also make there in Madison. I usually buy a couple of containers of it when shopping at Woodman's Market, a Wisconsin based grocery chain that has a store a dozen or so miles from here (and worth the trip).
To Schoep and all the other dogs like him out there, thank you for making the world a better place.
