Well, I am back and feeling better with all that has transpired since first posting my review of the Madisons. Your follow up is exactly what was needed. All of the rhetoric concerning who's design it is , who knows what about what etc. really started to get ugly. Now we are heading back to the real issue, do they sound as good as my review and several follow ups by people who own them or have heard them say they do. Until someone actually hears them it is just not possible to know for sure. My comment in the beginning was they deserve to be heard. Never can any of us say that for certain any speaker or component is the best out there we can only comment on what we have experienced first hand. It is still my opinion that the Don Allen gear coupled with the auditorium23 speaker cables and the Cardersound Madisons deliver the best and most enjoyable sound that I have ever had. There is a long list of high-end components that have come through my doors most much more expensive. Heck my whole set up costs less than what I used to sell an Accustic Arts cd player for!! I am up for a new onslaught again!! Thanks Limono and Todd Krieger and thetubeguy1954 for kind words of encouragement. Also thanks to you Tom for initially stirring the pot and making it possible to get people to chime in!!
