because I have also tried the HT Pro Silways & JPS. I used Superconductor+ speaker cables & Ultraconductor IC's & found them to be too bright (ditto for HT's). That was my biggest complaint & so didn't try to go any further with them. What's really interesting is that we have dissimilar equipment but had pretty much the same results. That says a lot for Tim's cables.
I wound up with a balanced pair to the amp & SE to the CD in addition to a set of true bi-wired Renaissance speaker cables. My system is voiced for digital & I'm more than happy with it.
I'm also "wired out" as I spent about 18 months trying to find something that worked for me. It does take time but the results are worth it.
