I've always been intrigued by RAM, as their approach is a bit different from people like Empirical. RAM tends to be BIG on things like exotic NOS paper-in-oil caps (like those old French ones) and cotton/silver wiring, etc in addition to circuit mods.

I've entertained some thoughts on the Empirical ZR1600, but simply couldn't justify paying that much, especially since I'm essentially happy with my amps.

When you decide to "upgrade" for whatever reason later, drop me a line as my curiosity may need to be satisfied. (I used own a Spectron..)
