Leonard has always been patient, kind, and thorough in response to the numerous calls and questions I've made over the years. That type of customer service is rarely found today and when encountered, only helps to reinforce a company's committment to their customer base. I did a little part-time for Nordstrom for just over nine years (to collect wine and not audio equipment otherwise I'd have a killer system by now LOL) and as salespeople, we were empowered to do as much as possible to meet and often times exceed our customer's expectations knowing that doing so would help foster a long term customer relationship. Leonard's exceptional level of customer service coupled with the quality of their products, have made me an ARC customer for life.
